Rosanne S. Horan received a Bachelor
of Arts in Economics, with distinction, from University of Virginia, her Master of Business Administration
in Finance from University of Missouri earning membership in Beta Gamma Sigma honorary and her Juris Doctorate cum laude
from Saint Louis University. She is also the former Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of a national financial
planning firm. Rosanne is an active member in many organizations. She is a member of the Missouri
Bar as well as the Wisconsin Bar. She is a member of Wealth Counsel.
